THAI SOUP WITH CURRY
Mild Thai soup. A delicate taste of coconut. As well as large, appropriately crisp pieces of champignons and zucchini.  
COCONUT MILK
rich in amino acids, magnesium and potassium, has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It has a low glycaemic index and is naturally gluten-free as a result of which it can be consumed by people with carbohydrate disorders, celiac disease or food allergies.
CORIANDER
has a rich composition, contains vitamins A, B, C and K, as well as minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, manganese, as well as folic acid, beta-carotene and niacin. As a result, it relieves the symptoms of indigestion, speeds up the digestive processes and has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients: water, coconut extract 9%, mushrooms 7%, carrots, zucchini 5%, yellow curry paste 1.6% (red chillies 20%, shallots, garlic, lemon grass, salt, galangal, turmeric, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), ginger, coriander leaves, salt, rapeseed oil, concentrated lime juice, turmeric 0.1%, curry 0.02%.
This soup likes the cold. Store at a temperature of +2C to +6 C. Eat within 24 h of opening.
Open the cup, cover with the lid and place in the microwave; heat for 3–4 minutes (850W).
Pour the soup into a saucepan and heat it until it reaches the appropriate temperature.

Be careful, the soup can be hot when heated!

I have come to like Pan Pomidor very much, especially the versions with paprika (there is also basil). Pani Kukurydza and Pani Soczewica are also not bad at all. The latter, especially, is sufficient for the whole of lunch. As for the ingredients... After all, they are the same as in the soups I make myself. Prepared or not, this is probably irrelevant. Pan Pomidor with Basil cream soup has a wonderful, homely composition. It has NO unnecessary ingredients. We are extremely impressed! A plus for the large quantity of tomatoes and real basil.
