Pierogi ruskie: potatoes, natural tofu
We combine potatoes with tofu. We mix them together long and precisely, so that the filling has a uniform consistency. We add to this fried onion, garlic and aromatic cracked peppercorns. Our pastry has the appropriate thickness and is delicate.
POTATOES
are a source of group B vitamins and vitamin K. They also have a high potassium content. Potatoes prevent the mutation of cancer cells and deacidify the body, which is why it is worth reaching out for them for prevention.
TOFU
has a high calcium and iron content – minerals, the supply of which may be small in the vegan diet. Soy contains a lot of fat, mainly containing unsaturated fatty acids, which effectively help reduce the level of ‘bad cholesterol’.

Ingredients: wheat flour, potatoes 30.3%, natural tofu (soy, water), water, fried onion, rapeseed oil), spice extract, smoked tofu (soy and water), salt, rapeseed oil, garlic, black pepper   It can contain milk, eggs, celery, mustard, soy, nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds.
This dish likes the cold. Store in a temperature of +1°C to +6°C. Keep in a refrigerator after opening and eat within 24 hours.
Fry the pierogi with a small amount of heated fat for approx. 5 minutes.
Drop the pierogi into slightly salted boiling water (2 l). When the pierogi float up to the surface, boil on a low flame for 2 minutes.
Place the pierogi onto a plate and heat in a microwave oven (700W) for approx. 2–3 minutes.

The packaging is unsuitable for heating.

I have come to like Pan Pomidor very much, especially the versions with paprika (there is also basil). Pani Kukurydza and Pani Soczewica are also not bad at all. The latter, especially, is sufficient for the whole of lunch. As for the ingredients... After all, they are the same as in the soups I make myself. Prepared or not, this is probably irrelevant. Pan Pomidor with Basil cream soup has a wonderful, homely composition. It has NO unnecessary ingredients. We are extremely impressed! A plus for the large quantity of tomatoes and real basil.
